Alex Dispatch is an AI-powered front office and dispatch platform for local service businesses, including plumbers, electricians, HVAC companies, locksmiths, and other trade businesses.

Alex may help businesses answer customer calls, capture service requests, follow up with leads, create appointments, dispatch technicians, send customer communications, create invoices, send text-to-pay links, and track payment status.

The website may provide information about Alex Dispatch, allow visitors to request demos, submit contact forms, review product information, and access related services or dashboards.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the website or services.

If you access or use Alex Dispatch on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to that entity.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Alex Dispatch grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the website and services for your internal business purposes.

This license does not give you ownership of Alex Dispatch, the website, software, dashboards, workflows, AI systems, branding, designs, content, source code, or other intellectual property.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

You agree not to use Alex Dispatch to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
• Send unlawful, misleading, deceptive, harassing, abusive, or unauthorized communications
• Misrepresent your business, services, pricing, availability, or credentials
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content

• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, scrape, crawl, or extract the underlying software, systems, models, workflows, or data

• Use Alex Dispatch in a way that could damage our business, reputation, infrastructure, users, customers, or service providers

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms or creates risk for Alex Dispatch, our users, customers, partners, or third parties.

Alex Dispatch may support customer communications, including phone calls, AI voice interactions, SMS messages, text-to-pay links, appointment updates, lead follow-up, reminders, review requests, and other business communications.

You are responsible for ensuring that all communications sent through or in connection with Alex Dispatch comply with applicable laws, including laws related to consent, call recording, telemarketing, text messaging, consumer protection, privacy, and electronic communications.

You agree that you will only use Alex Dispatch to contact customers, leads, or other individuals when you have the legal right and required consent to do so.

You are responsible for honoring opt-out requests, unsubscribe requests, do-not-call requests, STOP replies, and other communication preferences.

Alex Dispatch may provide tools that help manage communications, but you remain responsible for your business's communication practices, customer relationships, consent records, and compliance obligations.

Alex Dispatch may use artificial intelligence, automation, voice agents, transcription, summarization, classification, routing, or other automated tools to support dispatch and customer operations.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misunderstood, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing and supervising the use of AI outputs, especially for urgent jobs, emergency calls, pricing, technician assignment, customer instructions, and payment-related actions.

Alex Dispatch does not guarantee that AI features will identify every emergency, correctly classify every job, assign the correct technician, or produce error-free summaries or recommendations.

You agree to maintain appropriate human oversight for business-critical, safety-related, urgent, emergency, or payment-sensitive workflows.

Alex Dispatch may help create appointments, manage dispatch records, assign technicians, display job status, estimate response times, and organize service workflows.

You are responsible for the accuracy of technician availability, service areas, pricing, appointment times, customer addresses, job details, licensing, insurance, and compliance with trade-specific requirements.

Alex Dispatch does not perform field services, employ your technicians, guarantee technician availability, or control the quality, timing, legality, or completion of any service job.

Your business remains solely responsible for services performed for customers.

Alex Dispatch may integrate with third-party payment providers, including Square, to support invoice creation, payment links, payment status updates, and related payment workflows.

Alex Dispatch is not a bank, money transmitter, payment processor, or financial institution. Payments are processed by third-party providers according to their own terms, policies, fees, and compliance requirements.

You are responsible for configuring your payment account, pricing, service fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, receipts, and customer payment communications.

Alex Dispatch does not guarantee that any invoice will be paid, that any payment link will be delivered, or that any payment status will update without delay or error.

Alex Dispatch may connect with third-party services such as Square, Twilio, CRM systems, calendar tools, advertising platforms, analytics tools, webhooks, and other software providers.

Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those providers. Alex Dispatch is not responsible for third-party services, outages, pricing, security, functionality, data handling, or changes.

We may add, remove, suspend, or modify integrations at any time.

You may provide business information, customer information, technician information, call details, appointment data, pricing, payment configuration, lead data, feedback, and other content through the website or services.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and legal authority to provide that information to Alex Dispatch and to allow us to process it for the purpose of operating, improving, and supporting the services.

You agree not to submit information that is unlawful, confidential without authorization, infringing, misleading, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate.

If you provide ideas, suggestions, requests, comments, improvements, or other feedback about Alex Dispatch, you agree that we may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

Feedback does not create any confidentiality obligation unless we have signed a separate written agreement stating otherwise.

Alex Dispatch owns or licenses all rights in the website, software, dashboards, workflows, designs, graphics, branding, logos, content, documentation, AI systems, product names, features, and other materials associated with Alex Dispatch.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, publicly display, publicly perform, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of Alex Dispatch unless we give you written permission.

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names are the property of their respective owners.

During your use of Alex Dispatch, you may receive access to non-public information about our product, roadmap, pricing, systems, workflows, technology, business operations, or other confidential information.

If you purchase paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, fees are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms remain in effect while you access or use Alex Dispatch.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, failed to pay required fees, misused the services, violated applicable law, or used Alex Dispatch in a way that may harm us, our users, customers, partners, or third parties.

You may stop using Alex Dispatch at any time.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the website and services will stop. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including ownership, confidentiality, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and miscellaneous terms.

We do not guarantee business results, revenue increases, call conversion rates, job bookings, lead quality, payment collection, technician performance, customer satisfaction, or regulatory compliance.

You are responsible for evaluating whether Alex Dispatch is appropriate for your business.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alex Dispatch and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or cost of substitute services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or the services will not exceed the greater of:

1. The amount you paid to Alex Dispatch for the services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability; or
2. $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Alex Dispatch and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, service providers, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of Alex Dispatch
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law
• Your communications with customers, leads, or third parties
• Your field services, technicians, appointments, pricing, invoices, refunds, or payment disputes
• Your customer data, business data, or content
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your use of third-party integrations or payment providers

We reserve the right to control the defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with us.

Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact Alex Dispatch and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Include your name, business name, contact information, a description of the dispute, and the relief you are requesting.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to resolve disputes according to the governing law and venue terms below unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The parties agree that any permitted court proceeding will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we update the Terms, we may revise the Effective Date above. Changes are effective when posted unless we state otherwise.

Your continued use of AlexDispatch.com or the services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

The website or services may contain links to third-party websites, tools, dashboards, or services.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party websites or services is at your own risk and may be governed by separate terms and policies.

Alex Dispatch is intended primarily for businesses and users located in the United States.

We do not represent that the website or services are appropriate or available in every location. You are responsible for complying with local laws if you access or use Alex Dispatch outside the United States.

These Terms, together with any applicable Privacy Policy, order form, customer agreement, or additional written terms, make up the agreement between you and Alex Dispatch regarding your use of the website and services.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, restructuring, or by operation of law.
